Project Description
This development completes the last remaining site within an established business park to provide a variety of small standalone factory units in an L-shaped arrangement under a monopitch metal clad roof and render walls to provide a robust finish articulated with timber clad panels at each entrance with clerestory glazing allowing natural daylight to penetrate deep on plan.
