Project Description
The former Forestry Commission open field provides 2,3 and 4 bed affordable rental units
comprising terrace, semi and detached layouts with gables turned to mark the site entrance similar to the existing street pattern which allows a graduation and link to existing housing adjacent.
ASHP provide heating and hot water while a simple palette of robust materials of grey concrete tile, granite chip and ‘off white’ render banding and blue stained porches reduce the scale and massing at the edge of the village settlement.
