Project Description
A development of 26 social housing properties located in Succoth at the head of Loch Long.
The layout creates a courtyard steading concept of two distinct grouping defined by the mixture of semi detached and terrace houses with roof forms of varying heights to allow graduation and
link to existing house forms adjacent and in Succoth Village.
The development won the Rural and Islands Housing Association Forum (RIHAF) Development of the Year Award for 2019.
