Work has begun on the replacement of chiller plant to the SAMS. The works are being carried out by TSL Contractors in collaboration with Taylor & Fraser and due to complete in April 2018.

The official opening and handover ceremony for the Fairmile Building in Sandbank Dunoon took place in on the 24th February 2016 as a purpose built light and airy workspace suited to grow companies specialising in IT, finance and business services.
The official opening and handover ceremony for St. Cuthbert’s housing development in Dunoon took place in November. The development was opened by Councillor Len Scoullar and celebrated the handover of 17 new affordable flats for social rent. This was a working partnership between Fyne Homes, MacLeod Construction, CP Architects, Ramage Young and Morham & Brotchie.

Following a start in March 2015 and subsequent liquidation of the original contractor the project has been progressed by Lonan Properties, Taynuilt to a successful completion of the first phase. Phase 2 will start in January 2016 and complete in summer of 2016.
Work has now commenced on 2 February 2015 with MacLeod Construction on this important site with a target completion in early summer 2016.
The practice is pleased to announce their continuing role in the onsite stage for advance factory unit at Sandbank Business Park and working closely with Kier Construction as the successful HIE framework contractor to execute the project for completion in the Autumn of 2015.
