Scaffolding recently struck to show the new external lime harling in an off white chalk paint finish.

Kitchen extension with roof lantern brings daylight into the heart of the home and connects with the rear garden area.

Family room extension creates new covered entrance and large open plan kitchen/dining/living are with a black sinusoidal roof linking both existing and new.

Planning approval obtained for remodeling the existing cottage and an open plan kitchen dining and living room mono pitch extension connecting it to the garden.

Works now complete to extend and remodel existing cottage.

Planning Consent secured for single storey extension providing an open plan kitchen dining family room.

JML SIPs kit complete along with sarking and single ply membrane, next step is installation of the zinc standing seam cladding.
